I love this product. It is very easy to use and does an excellent job. Very light but not flimsy. Very easy to clean. A good fit.

I bought this on behalf of a friend and she is really pleased with it. I have a similar mop and it is so easy to fit and change the mop heads. A real boon for cleaning floors.

Look the part but not terribly absorbent and the mop handle just keeps collapsing, not much bit when twisted into place, I would suggest buying something a little dearer that works properly if I'm honest, I was very disappointed.

Love the separate cleaning cloths

Great mop, telescopic, good quality. However. Whoever wrapped and packaged this needs some help because it was a ridiculous mess of super tight cling plastic, far too much of it, totally unnecessary. The wrap didn't protect the item so no idea why that method was chosen, total arse pain to unpack. Almost gave up.

Handle was too large to fit in the Dustban therefore cracked when tried to put it in, brush head is small and no good for using on large areas, length of handle are quite short too
