I bought these lights for my computer space. When I got them, they were GREAT! I was so happy & impressed with them! The problem came the next day when I tried to turn them on. They didn’t work. I replaced the battery in the remote, nothing. I am SO disappointed in this brand.***After leaving the above review, the customer support reached out and ended up sending my a new set! I have to say I am VERY impressed! The new lights work GREAT & customer support was A+++

i put up the lights on my walls and within a couple hours they started falling down. they won’t stick good but they are really long and the color works good, i wouldnt buy again since it wont stick.

This is my second time buying these LED lights. I bought them again because my first set was so good (even survived moving house), however this experience wasn’t as positive. First the good - they are bright, easy to put up, great remote and the colors are amazing (both my kids love them). Unfortunately, the bad makes them useless - these lasted less than a week on the walls (whereas my original set lasted a year on one set of walls and are still up on the wall now) before the adhesive started to go - and when it went, it went quickly and completely! Within three days, I couldn’t get it to even stick! Shame, because they seem to have done all the hard stuff really well, and the simple stuff, they put little thought into. Update: the customer service from this company couldn’t have been better. They were able to fix my issue quickly and effectively, jumped from a one star to four in a heartbeat!

I built a custom logo sign with these LEDs as the back drop highlight.I cut them down to 10 ft and they work exactly like I hoped.A separate controller would be required if you wanted to use the other half but I probably would just buy another kit.

Some colors don’t work on parts of the strand. Green for a little chunk, red for a big chunk, blue works fine. Also, we have a different brand in my son’s room with no problem, but these are coming unstuck at parts, and are hanging down.

If you want a 5 star rating across the board, tell me how to glue or tape the lights without damaging them.UPDATE: When a company responds and offers a full refund, that is a 5 star customer service.

These are a great product at a great price. Many cool settings!

I loved these lights, they are bright and seen well from the window.The downside is the connection is weak and breaks easily and then the lights can no longer work.
