Good massager but can’t hear music
Bluetooth connects but can’t hear anything other function work fine. If you don’t care for listening your music this is good product

Great product!
Pros: soothing, love that it heats AND cools, I have TGN and chronic migraines - huge help on days when my face/eye is swollen, love that it connects to Bluetooth, very comfortable to wear, good volume control, massage is amazing, foldable for portability.Cons: I don’t like that it doesn’t stay open on its own - I was thinking maybe mine was defective but from other pictures it seems it’s not. It does stay open when it’s on your head but it needs that pressure. Thought the whole mask was going to get warm/cool not just the eye part.Still a very great and useful product. I would probably give it an 8/10 and definitely recommend for those with migraines/eye pain/trigemnial pain, etc.

It gets cold enough and hot enough. Fast charging with usb type C. Also, the battery last a long time. Really good product.
