This Anime adventure is a smash hit in Japan!! Isami Hanaoka is just a fifth grader who happens to be a descendent of the Shinsengumi. Together with fellow descendents and classmates Soshi Yukimi and Toshi Tsukikage, she discovers in the basement of her home, strange artifacts left behind by their ancestors as well as a message urging them to "Fight the evil Kurotengu organization." The three of them decide to form a new Shinsengumi to defeat their enemy, the Kuro-Tengu organization.

Volume 2 is even better than volume 1!
I'm so happy that Hirameki International finally got the second and third volumes of Isami dubbed. These 6 new episodes are just as cute and enjoyable as the first 3. It's not just for little kids! My wife and I watch Isami with both our daughters,3 and 7. Thanks Hirameki for bringing this awesome anime from Japan so that American viewers can enjoy it too.
