Stopped working after couple uses
I really liked it at the beginning but it stopped working after a little bit over a month of use. I’d recommend not purchasing this item. Won’t heat up enough to make coffee and shuts down on its own.

Stopped working 2 months after use
Do NOT recommend. When I first opened it and used it for the first time, I noticed that the ON button was in reverse (gave me the bad feelings). Two months after, it does not heat enough to boil the water and make coffe. Useless!

This is the best brewing I have had in a long time!
I am down to one cup of coffee again! Just don 't screw on the top part too tight, It would take forever to unscrew.

works at first and then it stops
I was excited to get my coffee maker. First few times it worked wonderfully. After 4-5 times, it stopped percolating and will shut off by itself

Broke After a week - Great Coffee though!
It just stopped heating up after a week of use. Really disappointing. Best coffee I've made it home too :(

Performance is good. A little tricky to get used to
Well I bought a very expensive Expresso auto magic machine with frothed etc and i was disappointed & sent it back.I then bought a small stove top express pot but felt it was dangerous being it had a small base . Difficult to use on an electric cooktop, was not good.So I bought this one & figured why not try it👍Well pleasantly. Surprised & great!Well worth the money. Nice looking 👍The Downside issues;It really can be a bit dangerous as the boiler section gets extremely hot and if you even touch it after brewing you could get a serious burn and you won’t touch it again!They Should somehow shield the bottom boiler with a non conductive slip on cover etc.But if you want a good hot hot expresso this is the oneLast thing the coffee basket is well designed but it’s not easy to remove after using. Suggest a small tab or grab button or ring type loop to grab it . This is just a recommendation If you let it cool it’s easy to clean. . But I try and go right back make more deciduous expresso & Cappuccinos. Cheers😊

Defective
It stopped working after only a couple months. Waste of money and overpaid for it now that the price has dropped.

It makes coffee, but not really espresso
This does work, about 50 percent of the time. It makes coffee, but in the instructions it says not to use espresso grounds. It worked ok the first time I used regular coffee grounds. The second time, it seemed to get clogged and all the water didn’t come through the funnel. The third time, I tried using the espresso grounds that I use fir my stove top Bialetti, and it completely clogged it. It is also difficult to pour without leaking all over the place. I was hoping for a plug in version of my Bialetti that i could use in an Airbnb, but i think this might be more complicated and cause more mess than is worth it. It does look nice, though.
