Very helpful in meeting my protein goal
I like that it is mild tasting, easy on my stomach, and has no additives. I highly recommend it if you are looking to supplement your protein intake. I started on an all plant diet (mostly whole foods) and was having trouble eating the volume of food needed to meet my protein goal. This has been a great way to meet my target. Now that I've been on the plant based diet for a month my gut has adapted better and I'm hoping to no longer need this powder as a supplement. It's been a great bridge for me and will buy it again if I have trouble getting enough protein from whole foods in the future.

Effective and Affordable
Let's get this out of the way: the taste is nothing great. However, I think if you buy an unflavored pea protein powder, taste is probably not important. It's just neutral, not good or bad. It mixes easily, and you get a lot for the price. For me calorie count per gram of protein is important, and this is the lowest calorie per serving, plant-based protein I've been able to find. And 5 lbs lasts for quite a while, even at 2 servings or more a day. I've been using it for about 6 months, and my strength and size continue to improve in the gym. I will continue to use this protein unless they drastically increase the price.

Very inexpensive plant based protein powder with lots of other nutrients. Great buy!
The Naked Pea protein power packs a whopping 76 2-scoop servings into a container, all of which is high quality pea protein, (just 1 clean ingredient) and loaded with other nutrients. This is the most affordable way to get a lot of protein for a low price. It is, as expected, fairly chalky, and it has no real discernable flavor. I make smoothies out of it, with 12oz unsweetened plant milk (usually almond milk), 1 Tbs of lemon juice, 1 Tbs chia seeds, 1 Tbs ground flax seed, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 scoop of the Naked Peanut Butter powder (a killer value, also with 76 servings, that has a great peanut flavor and has very low fat and no sugar, plus another 7gm of protein), some Allulose or other non caloric sweetener, 1 cup of frozen berries, and perhaps 3 or 4 ice cubes. It is pretty good, although still not as fruit forward as a regular fruit smoothie, which is why I add lemon juice for a little more zing. But dang, it makes a big smoothie that will fill you up and give you a ton of nutrients, some fiber, and a lot of protein, and actually tastes pleasant.

This stuff is the REAL deal...
This stuff is the real deal. With weight training as a vegan, I've put on 12-15 pounds of lean muscle so far in the few months since I've started working out, which has shocked me as I was very skeptical. But considering I eat 90% fruit and this is the only supplement I use, I think it deserves a lot of the credit. Only 4 stars because they still haven't found a way to process this stuff in the USA, or at least somewhere better than China. But I appreciate the extremes they've gone to get North American non-gmo grown peas and to use a process free of chemicals (many similar supplements can be "hexane processed" which is cheaper but essentially uses gasoline, yuck) and I get that it's probably not nearly as easy to process this in the USA without drastically raising the cost. If they can find a processor in North America, it will easily be 5 stars for me. Mixes perfectly for me. I throw some berries and a banana and some ice in the blender along with a few scoops of this and viola. I was also surprised to see no bloating past the first couple of days of adjustment. It's very easy on my system, unlike the animal protein powders I've taken that are pretty merciless on my digestive tract. As far as taste goes, it tastes more than good enough and there's no silt left in the bottom of the glass or anything. The powder by itself tastes a bit like stale biscuits to me at its worst. I wouldn't eat it by itself, but if I had to I easily could. Seriously though, it's one of the most mild powders I've used and if you think this tastes bad, I honestly don't know what to tell you except that it's a protein powder, not a milk shake. You either decide to be a grown man (or woman) and take this (or any other less-than-delicious supplement) because you care enough about your health/fitness goals, or you don't. I hope NAKED doesn't cave to the people who want this to taste like all the other sugar, hormone and chemical filled junk protein powders out there. This is 100% pea protein, and it's the real deal if you want to see those hard-earned results.

Wonderful source of plant protein
This is wonderful. Gram for gram I think this is the best I have found. 30 grams of powder is 27 grams of protein. Also adding this to soup is awesome. If you make a cream summer squash soup and add this in it is fantastic. If you have it as is it kind of tastes like cold pea soup, but you can get used to it. It is not unpleasant

Beyond Happy!
I was a little Apprehensive to try this, I was looking for a protein powder that is vegetarian without a million ingredients. My concern was that it might be clumpy in a smoothie but I was very pleased. It was perfect! no odd taste, no clumping. one ingredient..

Great product great price horrible taste
Love the company and ingredients are quality but its gritty and tastes like straight up weiner water. Awful taste. Good thing is it will kill any hunger if you drink it.

takes some time to adjust
When I first tried this pea protein powder, I was interested in finding a plant-based option that could provide a clean source of protein without any added flavors or sweeteners. The 5lb container is a great size, offering 76 servings, so it’s perfect if you plan to use it regularly. The powder itself is a fine, unflavored pea protein isolate, which means it’s easy to mix into shakes, smoothies, or even baked goods without altering the taste. I liked that it was unflavored because I could add it to various recipes without worrying about a strong taste interfering with other ingredients. I mixed it into my morning smoothies and post-workout shakes, and I was impressed with how easily it dissolved. There was no grittiness or aftertaste, which can sometimes be a problem with plant-based protein powders. The protein content is solid, offering 20 grams of protein per serving, which is perfect for my needs after a workout or to keep me full between meals. I also appreciated that it’s easily digestible, and I didn’t experience any bloating or discomfort, which I’ve had with other types of protein powders in the past. However, there are a couple of things I think could be improved. First, since it’s unflavored, it does have a slight pea-like taste, especially if you don’t mix it with a lot of other ingredients. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s noticeable if you drink it in just water or with just a simple fruit blend. Another thing to consider is that it can be a little less sweet than other protein powders that use stevia or other sweeteners. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you might need to add something like honey or a flavored powder to balance it out. Overall, I’m satisfied with this pea protein powder. It’s a great option for those looking for a clean, plant-based protein source that’s easy to digest and versatile. While it does have a subtle pea flavor and lacks sweetness, it works well in smoothies, shakes, and other recipes. The 5lb container offers a lot of servings, making it a good value, especially for those who use protein powder regularly. If you’re looking for an unflavored, vegan protein that delivers solid nutrition without any additives, this one is definitely worth considering.

Excellent non dairy protein powder, easier on my stomach
I originally checked this out because whey protein was giving me bloating and a lot of mucus, and honestly this has been the best non-dairy protein source I’ve tried for the price. The nutrition is great, the ingredients are simple, and it works perfectly in smoothies. A lot of people complain about the taste, but I honestly think those people are expecting it to taste sweet like whey protein. This is unflavoured pea protein, so of course it has more of an earthy/neutral taste. I mix it into smoothies with spinach, bananas, peanut butter, or almond milk and I barely notice it. If you already make green smoothies or protein shakes, the flavour really isn’t a problem at all. What I like most is how easy it is on digestion. Whey always made me feel bloated, but this one sits way better in my stomach and doesn’t give me any issues after workouts. It’s also convenient because you can throw it into shakes, oatmeal, or recipes for extra protein without adding a bunch of artificial ingredients or sweetness. Mixing is best in a blender or smoothie. I probably wouldn’t drink it plain with water because it is a little chalky on its own, but blended with other ingredients it tastes completely fine. One small thing: the scoop sizing is a bit redundant since the serving says 2 scoops. I usually just do one large scoop because it ends up being about the same amount anyway. Overall, if you want a clean, affordable, non-whey protein powder that’s easy on the stomach and great for smoothies, I highly recommend this. Hope this helps.

Bought UNFLAVORED: Can't get past the chalkiness
Absolutely horrible taste. Tasting it on its own, it's a little salty / savory. It also has a somewhat pasty texture out of the container. When mixed in liquid, the chalky taste never goes away. You can add all kinds of flavors to mask the taste, but the chalkiness never goes away. Had 2 servings...sadly, ready to throw it out.
