This unit was easy to install and performs nicely. I wish I put this in long ago. Nice water pressure coming straight down, so no more spraying outside when the door is opened.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 6’5” and often have trouble fitting under shower heads in showers - see my before and after for reference to see how dramatic of a height difference it can make. Solid materials, no leaks after a month of use, pressure and temperature are great. The sticky wall pad for the holder even sticks to textured plastic wall. Easy installation, good directions. When I tightened the bolt it scratched the matte black paint a little but honestly compared to what I’ve gotten out of the purchase.

Be careful getting the 12in if you don’t have strong water pressure. The larger the head, the less pressure you’ll have. Otherwise, works great and looks great.

The media could not be loaded. This is such a nice and relaxing shower head. My only regret is that we waited so long to buy it!! The waterfall is so nice standing under it-the 12” is worth it. We have a 10” in our other shower and the 2” extra makes a big difference! The handheld has really nice pressure and is great for not only your hair but cleaning the shower. We are renting so it is perfect that the handheld is attached to the same main assembly and doesn’t have to be mounted on the shower wall separately. We’ve had those before and it was next to Impossible to get them off without wrecking the shower wall. I would recommend this to anyone!

Very good quality, great instructions, flows really well, comes with everything you need including spare o-rings and different mounting options and adjustments for about any shower . Very impressed for the price! It is a little heavy, so you'll need to make sure your plumbing is of good enough quality to hold it.

Awesome shower head

This shower head feels like good quality and the switches function smoothly. We’ve been pleased with the functionality over the last 4 months or so. It was also easy to install and adjust. For the price, it’s a fabulous upgrade that works like a more expensive unit.

OK, at first the price made me think it was going to feel cheep and flimsy when I got it. I was so wrong.This unit is very well made for the price. Every part is crome plated brass and not a cheap design either.The 12 inch rain shower head, heavy and solid. Perfectly polished, clean edges and no blemishes. The silicon drip nozzles are even soft and easy to replace (they ship extras with unit).Rain head is attached to an adjustable arm with easy to turn elbow nuts, just the right size for leverage, but not too large to look ugly. This allows for easy adjustment to place the head at the perfect spot above you.The three way switch has a soft and easy rotation requiring no effort to turn, with a click stop at each position. Feels like true quality.Long hose for second handheld spray head is soft and flexable, covered in a good stainless sleeve. Not the highest quality, but very good and looks nice.The rest of the attaching hardware is nicely finished, looks like a quality product. Only thing is it looks small in places, but water pressure and flow was better than I expected. I could use both at same time and not loose pressure or volume (I do have a submerged well pump with 60psi and pressure tank).It looks like a lot of tubes running around at first. This all washes away as soon as the full flow or water washes over you and envelopes you in a warm rain water type of feeling. Not too much water that you feel suffocated and can't breath, but a gentle full coverage feeling to warm you all over.This type of setup, with the 12 inch rain head is one of the best I've seen and used, in hotels or friends houses. This is a quality unit. Solid and well built. The perfect size rain head and such quality hardware. Specially in the feel of the selector switch.You will love it, specially at this price!!My only negative is the spray head. Great build, just wish it was round and easier to hold onto. Good thing I still have the original high quality one that attaches easy and works with the system perfectly.Highly recommend for the quality and price.

Appreciate that the product is made of metal and no plastic parts. Modern design looks nice in the shower and it works wellOnly negative is that the function control is mounted too high for the average height person to comfortably reach.

Good item but design still not perfect. The water pressure is not strong enough.The price was good.

Like everyone else says. It's mostly metal and good quality. Comes with tools and everything. Installation only takes a few minutes.No matter how many times I wrapped the teflon tape around (the correct direction also) it had a small leak from the main connection. I used it a couple times and the leak stopped. I'm ok with it. I was gonna return it if it kept on leaking.Looks way better than it's $ amount. I would recommend it.
