I never knew what I was missing until I received this silicone pastry mat! It is definitely a game changer! I usually knead and roll my items out on the counter top then have a mess to clean up after. With this mat not only is the mess easily contained and super simple clean up, it is also amazing for kneading dough and rolling items out on. I have yet to have dough stick to it and have not had to use extra flour like I normally would! The size measurements are great too! I made homemade pizza and I could measure them to the exact size I needed and they turned out amazing and did not stick to the mat at all! Super easy to clean and no mess to scrub on the counter top! Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love these. They make doing baking so much easier. You don't have to use a whole bunch of flour that dries out whatever you are making. I have made biscuits, pie crusts, and cookies using these mats and they make it so easy. Nothing sticks to it and it is easy to clean. It is worth buying. I own three different sizes, if I am doing pie crust I use the larger one. If I am doing biscuits, I use the smaller one. Different sizes for different recipes.

Huge, thick silicon mat best used for baking. Adorable, helpful measurement graphics. It’s pretty big for my double sink, so I fold it in fours when I hand wash it to wash it a quarter side at a time. Great way to protect your countertops/workspace, for a speedy clean up.

Absolutely love this large and very easy to clean silicone mat. None of my dough sticks to it. I LOVE the color and price too.

Works very well, keeps ur counter clean with its flared edges. Sticks to the counter very well, and uses much less flour when working with doughs, stays flat when dough is placed on it and it’s huge. Kinda clunky even when rolled up, but generally great

I was skeptical about dough not sticking to it but I'll be darned if it doesn't. I still flour it anyway as I've done for years as I need to anyway for a rolling pin or cookie cutters etc. I did turn a soda bread loaf on this without flour and work fine. No sticking This mat is large enough to roll out both halves of a pieMy only complaint is that the mat itself has a tendency to move on th island counter we have. Usually remedied via the flour container at the edge. BTW. It's pretty easy to clean and rolls up nicely for storage

Absolutely love this mat, this is the second one I’ve gotten because I gave the first one to a family member, makes it so easy to make dough bread by hand, the dough doesn’t stick to the silicone mat and makes it very easy to roll it out, the silicone mat doesn’t move at all, is stable when use it and like the raised edge on it, easy to clean and put away, perfect for every baker.

It's very good quality and lots measurements on it .it's easy to clean and easy to store.
