Hydrate Pro is the best! I've tried many electrolyte brands, including LMNT, for my POTS and Hydrate Pro beats them all. The fruit punch flavor is awesome and doesn't taste salty at all in my opinion. Also, the sodium content is the highest I've seen on the market. It dissolves easily in my water and is way more affordable than LMNT and other brands I've seen. Couldn't recommend it enough! 10/10

As a weekend warrior sports enthusiast I have tried many different electrolyte drinks and gels through the years. I'm generally not too picky, but the extreme heat in Texas and my advancing middle age has resulted in more fatigue and cramping recently. Many of my friends have recommended drinks with higher sodium content- and this product fits the bill. For my tastes, the lime flavor tastes better than most sports drinks. It definitively has a saltier flavor than my standby lemon-lime gatorade, but that's also what I think makes it more effective. The container looks small, but it's highly concentrated and the scoop is tiny. When you do the math, it really is a good value (look at the price per serving). After having recently tried nuun and liquid IV, this is my favorite of the three, and it will be my new 'go-to' for hot days on the tennis court. And if I get old enough and slow enough, maybe pickleball :-).

These electrolytes are fantastic! The lime flavor is my favorite. It tastes lime-ey, and not too salty. The fruit punch is also great! It's exactly what you'd expect fruit punch to taste like! The best part is that there's no sugar, and super clean ingredients! Great company and customer service, as well!

I LOVE this drink mix. I have POTS and Lupus and this helps keep me hydrated! I buy a few canisters per month and use 2-6 scoops per day, definitely more in the summer. The fruit punch is salty heaven on earth. It does not upset my stomach. The price is a perfect dupe of LMNT and I hope they stay in business forever.

I bought this after seeing a number of positive reviews, but my experience didn’t match them at all. The lime flavor is very unpleasant, and I say that as someone who normally loves lime-flavored drinks. The powder also doesn’t dissolve well, which leaves a chalky texture and makes it difficult to drink. I’ve tried several other electrolyte mixes, and unfortunately this one ranks at the bottom for me. According to Amazon, this item isn’t returnable — if it were, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Since I can’t return it, I’m posting this in hopes of helping others avoid the same experience.

I have tried most of the big market brands and either found them to be too sweet (Liquid IV) or too salty (LMNT). Hydrate Pro strikes the right balance of flavor. My oldest son has already stolen the lemon lime jar and taken it to school to put in his locker for post practice. The Fruit Punch tastes great and I like the fact that it comes in larger jar that allows you to determine how much/little you add to a glass vs being individually packed. This is the first amazon review I have ever written and I am doing it as I truly think this is a great product and one that should be a staple on anyone's shelf. Whether you are a workout junkie or just get bored drinking water the Fruit Punch (and Lemon Lime) are great options to add to your daily routine.

I bought this product to replace the more expensive brand LMNT as it had a similar ratio of electrolytes. However I find this product to be overly sweetened with the stevia. I can only use 1/2 a scoop and I add extra salt and a squeeze of lime or lemon to temper the sweetness. This is for the fruit punch flavor. Not sure I will purchase again.

I like everything about this electrolyte except the taste. Taste is so subjectable because everyone has different taste buds. I didn't care too much for the fruit punch of this brand. update 4/23/24 After posting my review, the owner of this business was kind enough to give me credit for the Fruit Punch because I did not care for it. Because he went out of his way to take care of me, I decided to try the LIME flavor of this electrolyte. Both my wife and I really liked it. It has no chalky flavor, and it gets diluted in the water well. I ended up buying a few more. I hope this review helps some people to make a decision.
