I didn’t tap my OEM horn. Instead I ran the wire through the firewall. I didn’t feel like removing the front bumper. Installing can be tricky. It depends how big is your engine. Good thing I drive a Honda Fit and the engine bay has room to install my horn. The clear hose is not that long, you might want to stop by Home Depot to buy a longer length. The sound is loud enough to alert idiots driver instead my circus “beep, beep” horn. But is not loud compare to truck horn. You’ll need to double the horn if you want to be extremely loud. Overall, I recommend this product been using this for 3 weeks and still going strong.

This was exactly what I was looking for! I needed a replacement horn, but wanted on that was loud. This is definitely loud!

I have $500 air horn in my truck, that sounds like a train, so I know a good horn when I hear it. I bought this for my jeep. This is not deep like a high dollar one, but it is deep and loud enough to scare the bajeebers out of my wife, and get the attention of/scare idiot drivers. For $36, this thing is awesome. Mine was missing the button, when it arrived, but I bought a much cooler LED lit button, that I installed in my dash. I am not sure how long this will last, but if it makes it a year, I will buy a few more as back up and maybe a few more to install in all my other vehicles. Easy to install, and the wiring diagram, in the pictures of this product's page, were easy to follow. I will report back if horn stops working.

Added this to my car. it was easy to install & It sounds great. Having the remote button makes it a great second option for when the lil factory horn doesn't quite get the point across. Better/louder/deeper than i expected.
