I'm doing a new bathroom and needed a tub rough in kit where the access to get to it was going to be very difficult since a shower was next to the tub that had to be tiled first. This kit makes it much easier because once you get the drain set up it there will be no need for outside access. The kit comes with everything you need including a brass and PVC tail pieces depending on your application. When your tub is installed the tailpiece will fit into a push in type bushing without the physical need for a nut and washer connection. It now makes it easy because you needed no access. Overall, this is a great invention and saves making access points where it's not necessary.

Leaked at the seams of the drain, had to caulk it.
