Solid tap
Used this to replace a faulty plastic tap on a swan boiler, fitted perfectly, was a good upgrade from plastic. Item arrived quickly.

This is a solid tap with good washers on it.Great flow when the urn is totally or partially full.Great replacement for the plastic Swan taps.I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Good quality but not suitable for all Swan urns
Bought this to replace a damaged tap on a Swan tea urn. The product arrived on time and was well made and good quality. Unfortunately, it is not a one-size-fits-all. The spigot which goes through the urn body was too small and could not be used. There appear to be no dimensions shown on the product details. I needed a spigot of 25mm diameter and 20mm across the location flat portion; this version was 19mm diameter and 15mm across the flat. Had to return it.

When i saw this product it looks smaller then my old one so i bought it and it fits perfect i would by a couple next time. I only wanted the rubber bit inside the tap as my old one was leaking. Really happy

Tap without a seal
The tap is good quality but does not have a seal so you have to try and find a seal to fit - what a rip off seals cost nothing but you receive it but cannot use itYou do not put the diameter of the thread so now we have to file to suit it is not buy and fit without engineering know how
