The trays were easy to mold and shape to my bite, and they held their form nicely once cooled. They feel comfortable in my mouth without pinching or shifting, which made the whitening process much more pleasant than some one-size-fits-all trays I’ve tried before. I like that this set comes with four trays plus two retainer cases so I always have clean backups ready to go. The trays fit the whitening gel perfectly and create a good seal so the gel stays in place without leaking everywhere. After using them consistently for a couple of weeks, I definitely noticed my teeth looking brighter and more even in tone. Nothing painful or irritating happened, and my gums felt fine throughout the process. Overall, these trays are great quality for the price and work really well with Opalescence gel. Easy to use, comfortable to wear, and a great complement to my whitening routine! This kit does not come with any whitening gel. You can use your favorite gel. Will not whiten teeth without gel. **Q: Are these teeth whitening trays comfortable for extended use and safe for gums?** A: Quick‑molding BPA‑free silicone delivers a comfortable, leak‑resistant fit; discontinue use before bedtime. **Q: What is the secret to getting a perfect "boil-and-bite" fit?** A: Temperature and technique are key. The optimal water temperature is 155°F. Do not use boiling water. Mold 1 tray at a time. When you place the tray in your mouth, suck in air to create a vacuum seal that pulls the tray tight against your teeth. **Q: How do these teeth whitening trays offer a durable and safe alternative to custom trays?** A: Made from high-quality, BPA-free, food-grade silicone, they are a durable DIY alternative. They won't melt or shrink, providing reliable, safe, and effective at-home whitening. **Q: What happens if I make a mistake and ruin the tray while molding?** A: Do not worry; the material is designed to be remolded. If that fails, the manufacturer offers replacements for damaged trays. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great teeth trays for price *by O***E on February 19, 2026* I picked up these moldable teeth whitening trays to use with my Opalescence gel, and I’m really happy with them. They are definitely not moldable enough to handle teeth whitening paste. They to get soft and become pliable like the instructions say, but they do not conform to your teeth and leave significant gaps that make whitening pastes useless. DO NOT BUY if you plan to use this for whitening. ## Frequently Bought Together - Teeth Whitening Trays Moldable 4 Dental Trays 2 Retainer Case Teeth Trays for Tooth Whitening Gel Compatible with Opalescence Teeth Whitening Gel - Opalescence 20% Teeth Whitening Refill Kit (2 Packs / 4 Syringes) Carbamide Peroxide.
