It taste very good. Smells like baby food and a little of it like some sea but honestly it taste great. It’s like a baby food texture. Hopefully it does really good. It’s my first time trying it so let’s see after a month. I will keep buying it until I see RESULTS so far my stomach‘s been so much better since then.

Ok. I was taking sea moss in the tablet form. I like sea moss, one of the few supplements that doesn't seem to be useless. This is the first time I have tried the gel type. It's ok, I can handle the gel form I guess. The taste.....well, it's awful, reminds me of the smell of a moldy mildew basement. Elderberry, not really, rotten nasty taste, brings new meaning to the word vomit! However, when was the last time any of us used a supplement that tasted like a Snickers® bar? 90 percent of the time, anything healthy and nutritious is not too tasty. I use the Dr Schulze Superfood(available on Amazon) and it is not too yummy, tastes like dirt, however, it is an excellent product and does what it is supposed to do. I take the Dr. Schulze with a cup of coffee, and will do the same with this sea moss. So if you want the nutrition offered by Sea moss or Dr. Schulze, you have to put up the nasty taste, but just for 15 seconds a day, after that, go have that Snickers® bar! I recommend this product. I’ve tried many different sea moss gels, and I’d rate this one 3 out of 5 because it has a slight wet sea weed/ocean taste but was still edible (I tasted worse), I wish it had a stronger fruity taste. I thought the jar would be bigger but it was a tall skinny jar. Don’t think it was a smart purchase due to price but all in all this product is ok
