Poor product didn’t do what it claimed to do

I’ve had a couple of tag removers over the years. Bought this as my existing most powerful remover wouldn’t budge a tag. Wasn’t holding out much expectation for this but to be fair after two attempts it did remove the tag.

needed this as a store left the tag on by mistake and it removed it straight away!

I hate to say it but this product was really disappointing. It simply does not work as promised, sure it is a strong magnet, but not enough for the kind of tags I needed to remove.
