It's seems to be damaged internally, the keyboard doesn't connect with the system. A mistake to buy this product

Started using today... works great.Work in car, perfect size and mouse good size and ergonomics for my big hands.

I am very happy with this purchase. It comes with a USB dongle for each device or you can use the Bluetooth. I only have one USB port on my laptop, so I am using it to connect the mouse and Bluetooth for the keyboard. Both work very well. Both Keyboard and mouse are ergonomic and I find it very comfortable. What I especially like about the keyboard is its compact size which allows me to pack it with in my backpack and take it anywhere I go. I used to have a MS keyboard / mouse combo which I liked but they stopped working. A similar MS product now costs over $250. This product is a perfect replacement.

ワイヤレスのエルゴ（３万円ぐらいの）が急に使えなくなってしまい、有線のエルゴタイプを探してこちらを購入。ワイヤレスだとUSB通信がユニバーサルでない限り全部捨てるしかないというのがショックでしたので、有線にして安心。マウスの形状はすぐに慣れて使いやすいです。キーボードは、なれるのにもう少し時間がかかりそうです、（return Keyが小さすぎる。。。）、リストレストはもう少しガッツリほしいなと思いました（タオルで補強して使っています）。でも、価格帯を考えると概ね満足です。

I’ve tried a lot of keyboards. This one is the best. It’s quiet and comfortable. Have had no issues so far. Works perfectly.

I don't have a very wide or deep keyboard tray, so I was looking for an ergonomic keyboard without a number pad, to save some space, and cut down wear and tear on my wrists/hands from reaching down the keyboard. I would have loved a backlit ergonomic tenkeyless keyboard, but I couldn't find one like that, so this was next best. I don't need to have a wireless keyboard, so was happy to take a wired one. I already have a Perixx left-handed ergo mouse, and I love that, so figured this would be good quality, too. However, the palm rest is REALLY deep. I was hoping it wouldn't be as large as it is in the photo, but it is so deep. If I put it on the keyboard tray with the palm rest on the edge, then I can only see the bottom few rows of the keyboard. If I pull the keyboard towards me so I can see more of the rows, then the keyboard will fall into my lap if I put any weight on the palm rest. Fortunately the keys are very light to the touch, and I don't need to rest my hands on the palm rest at all while typing. The keys are a bit clacky, but not horribly noisy. It a good keyboard for typing, but I feel like taking a hacksaw to take some of the palm rest off. The Delete key is so far up at the top of the keyboard that I can't see it, and I often hit the Home key instead of the Delete key, but it could be worse. I didn't need a right-handed ergo mouse, but the keyboard came with one, and I love it as much as I love my left-handed one.
