Worth the money!!
I did a ton of research before buying this book and it is actually so worth while! Such a fun read with a huge variety of different dishes to suit every pantry and great variety of simple and quick or more length meal preps. Got an extensive seafood section and a really interesting veg section. My couscous is much tastier these days!!

Fantastic resource
I bought this book as I wanted to cook more Mediterranean meals for my overall health. This book provides a useful overview of what a Mediterranean meal looks like and the typical food compositions of this style of eating. The book is broken down into meat, fish, salads etc, with a list of the recipes at the start of each section, as well as a comprehensive index which is very useful for finding a dish to make when trying to use up the last of the fennel/cabbage/anything left in the veg box.There is a wide range of dishes and so far, every dish I have tried has tasted great. There are also useful boxes of food prep if you are new to cooking or haven't come across a particular way of cooking before.This has become a new favourite resource and has resulted in our household doubling the amount of veg and salads we eat, and looking forward to our meals!

Nice book
Love the book. Very clear. However there are only a few recipes that I will actually make. Those recipes are absolutely gorgeous though.

If you are hesitant about buying this book just do it
This is without a shadow of a doubt the best cook book I have ever owned. So much attention to detail. Every ingredient has been thoroughly researched and the the best suggestions are made to achieve optimum results. Yes its American and some of the brands it suggests are unlikely to be available in the UK but they tell you why that brand was the best so you can research your own in the UK. I have always been confused by the wide range of olive oil that vary in price so wildly. I never knew if I was overpaying for an inferior oil or getting a bargain. I feel I know more now and the book does this throughout with recipes to make your own Sumac, harrissa or preserved lemons if you are so inclined. Really delighted with my purchase.

Book is great but poor finishing by the printer/laminator (probably just this copy)
I must have a make ready copy as the laminate has a huge red block going right through the front cover.I tried to find how to contact the seller but I cant find the link and no contact details from what I can see.Bit disappointed to be honest that these make it into Amazon to sell.Hopefully the seller sees this and can check their stock and contact me. Id be happy with a partial refund as nothing wrong with the content.Let down by your printer.

Most used cookbook in our kitchen
Honestly, couldn’t have been happier with the purchase. Clear, to-the-point explanations and recipes. Great variety of healthy dishes that don’t require from you to buy a kilo of some obscure ingredient you’ll only use once a year for that specific recipe.

Very Informative, Very American
I love the format of this book. For each recipe it lists the testing the authors did and list tips for success and pitfalls to avoid. If an ingredient is rare or unobtainable it gives viable alternatives. It feels as though each recipe has been comprehensively tested and snags removed before inclusion; they are America's Test Kitchen.Yes, this book is american with american weights and measures. Have your conversion tables handy, it's worth it.
