I'm not using this to work on my splits. I'm using this because my hip joint gets really tight from not stretching or moving enough. My muscles got so uncomfortable I was constantly fighting in my chair trying to stretch at work. I needed a deeper stretch than I could do myself to get the pain to go away which is why I bought this.I am 5'3 and 240lb. I've been using this sometimes once a day and sometimes once every few days for 1 month now. Not only are my muscles not so tight, I have noticed I'm able to go a little bit wider with the machine than when I first started. So I'd assume if you use it a few times a day consistently, it would definitely help do the splits!

When I placed the order I did not expect much about the quality as I know Amazon these days sells bunch of low quality products. But, the quality and design of this is so bad that I am writing this to warn anyone else considering order this (normally i do not write a product review and this could be my first one)

I have several ballet minded grandkids that are always working on their stretches. Unfortunately they have exceeded the 180 stretch, but can still use this for workouts and flexibility. It is well made for a small to medium person, however, for this larger sized granddad - No thank you.Easy to expand and contract by middle of legs bar handle. Pretty fluid movement.

I love this it definitely works whewwwww baby but just do what u can little at a time do not try to go hard or u will regret it you 🤣but it works I using it to help me stretch my hips not to sure if the part working to well but will definitely give a update on that

Very nice machine, comes assembled which is great, works as stated, ez to use.
