The coasters are flimsy, does not provide a smooth roll. The handles are in an awkward position to the side, would feel more comfortable placed in the middle as my elbows end up wider than shoulder width apart and the lower handles dig in after a while.Good concept but needs improvements.

roll yourself to strength and better form!one of my favorite gym toys as a kid was the wooden roller board. i think we'd be timed and have to propel ourselves, each on a board, from one end of the gym to another. i found it super fun. true fact that it does also innately activate your core and gets the legs moving as well when used that way. for simple ab workouts in a smaller environment, this also does the trick. with its highly fluorescent green and black looks, it reminds you, GREEN IS GO, POWER ON, STAY AWAKE AND ON IT, and you get the muscles working. two handles are supplied per side, and the whole thing, like a pair of legos, does slot in or out so you can have not one but two gadgets for a partner or friend to join in the fun. each side has three wheels on the bottom for ample support.now get rolling! bring a friend for peer pressure to get your workouts on!

Over the past year I have been putting together a home gym and I’ve assembled a pretty nice collection of equipment.I had an ab roller that was pretty small and I used it sometimes, but it really left something to be desired.So, when I came across this, I thought it looked awesome.The one thing I loved about it is the size. A Lot bigger than your typical an roller.I also thought it was pretty unique that it would split in half and two could use it.Having said that, I placed an order for it, and it arrived quickly.It actually took me a while to take it out of the box and use it, so I’m writing my review a while after I received it, but I wanted to follow up with my recommendation.I really, really like it!It’s very simple to put together. You basically pop the wheels into place.It’s a bit larger than I thought it would be, but I’m actually thrilled about that because it allows you to rest your elbows and forearms comfortably without feeling squished in.It’s also really unique how it splits in the middle.There’s a push button that releases the two sides so they can be used independently.It comes in great when I’m working out with someone, but when I’m not, I keep both halves together so I have a nice wide platform to do my abs on.At first it was a bit tricky because the wheels role in all directions, but once I got the hang of it, I really learned to love that fact, and it really helps engage all parts of my core.I think the only reason I took a star off is because of the priceIt is a bit expensive for what it is, but all in all, I’m still really pleased with it and it earns a very solid four stars.You definitely should give it a try. I think you’ll be hooked on it.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I'm underwhelmed by the quality. 3/5 because I am still able to get my work outs in and it has lasted s long time without breaking.

The HIIT Split - Core Full Body Workout is a versatile piece of workout equipment. It can be used as one board for just yourself or it can be split to work out with a partner. This board can be used as an ab roller it can also be used to do mountain climbers and other exercises. I also like that the green glows in the dark. I would have liked to see it come with a booklet or chart of exercises that can be done with it but overall this one piece of equipment can give you a great workout.
