I found this product very helpful to use with sore inflamed gums. I had some noticeable improvement within a week although not an instant cure. The taste is okay not unpleasant. I plan to continue it's use and have reordered.

Did not like this mouth wash. It irritated my gums.

While it isn’t great tasting, Genigel Miuthrinse actually does heal and repair your gums. Make sure to do this daily until well.
