GREAT PRODUCT!!! I love this evening primrose - black cohosh combination, and while I would recommend it to any woman with menstrual issues, it's especially great for anybody in the throes of pre-menopause or menopause. I took a plain evening primrose supplement for years for my bad periods/terrible cramps, but once I had a hysterectomy at age 40 and then started having consistent, miserable night sweats, I tried this combo product with black cohosh and loved the results! I really noticed a significant difference in my sleep quality after about 2 weeks, and now after taking this for over a year, I really don't wake up with night sweats anymore at all. The price per ounce and overall quantity are excellent, and the soft gel pills are easy to swallow (I take 2 at bedtime) without any side effects (even without food in my stomach). I also adore the fact that this is cold-pressed and hexane-free, definitely much better quality than many options. I'll buy this particularly product forever, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It is easy to swallow, and see to be working even though its less than a month since I've been taking it. No more night sweats, hot flashes are fewer and I'm less irritable.

I can’t say enough about how these have helped with my hot flashes . They were so awful that my whole body would perspire from head to toe multiple times a day and all night long. Since I started taking these I rarely get any hot flashes at all. Every now and then I will get warm flashes but that’s usually because I missed my dose . My hot flashes were getting more frequent and more intense and I am not ready for HRT yet. (Maybe I am...haha) My sister told me to try this. It has definitely helped me. I still get hot flashes randomly, but nothing compared to what I was going through. There is a picture of the size compared to a dime and a quarter. They are smooth and go down easy. Size is similar to any multi vitamin, it's reddish in color, has no smell or taste. For me, this is 100% worth the price.

I started taking this when I was working. It really helps when you work around someone that drives you freaking crazy. I would take two of these pills and the people didn’t drive me so crazy. because I don’t wanna get on any kind of drugs that you have to get a prescription for. These really work I even got other coworkers that tried them and now they buy it I call it my PMS pills now that I’m retired. I especially taken them when around family members cause some of them can drive me really crazy.
