Took me a couple of attempts to get the hang of using. You do need a bit of pressure but it gets the pills out of the wrap. I would definitely recommend to anyone who finds it difficult to get there medication out of the packet. I have one in the medicine box and one in my bag.

Looked like a useful tool, but falls apart after a few clicks you would need to keep pushing it back together again as the locating tabs on the undersides of the white spring do not lock into place in the blue parts, cheaply made and not worth 50 pence.

It was a bit fiddly for my disabled wife on the bigger tablets.

This device is quite petite which makes it fine for small pills but not much use for large ones or capsules.
