I order a lot from Amazon and I never leave reviews but I had to with this product. I’ve heard amazing health benefits about spirulina. I’ve tried the powder and it’s awful no matter what you mix with it. The serving for this product is 3 pills daily. I’m not gonna lie, they are huge and a little difficult to swallow. If you take your time, drink lots of water and take one pill at a time, it’s doable. Ok so health benefits. I’ve been taking them for a week. I immediately noticed way more energy and brain clarity. I sleep better at night. I also have less sugar cravings and eat less throughout the day. I’m mostly taking this for general health but also to lose some weight. So far so good. Very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase from Amazon.

I don’t know how it works, but when I take spirulina in the morning, it helps me avoid overeating for the rest of the day.

I can really tell the difference in how I feel when I don’t take it. This gives me energy, and kept me healthy during covid. I don’t notice any smell or taste, or if there is it’s very subtle. Also, they are easy to swallow. I really trust NOW brand to give you what they said they’re giving you, without any added ingredients. This is a great product from a trustworthy brand!

We are vegetarians in our house, so I'm always looking for ways to sneak protein and B vitamins into our diet. About a month ago, I read about all the health benefits of Spirilina. I'd bought some powdered "salad booster" Spirilina at the health food store before, but I couldn't stand the smell and taste, so I avoided it. That was even mixed with lemon zest to try to mask the strong odor and flavor, but I just couldn't stomach it. So when I saw this in pill form, I thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking it every morning and am hooked. I wish I'd found it sooner! I'm even making my husband take it and he's not a pill person at all (he's a doctor and doesn't believe in taking vitamins because his research shows vitamins don't do much--the good stuff comes from a good diet). He's enthusiastic about these tablets! Here's why we like it: 1. It gets our tummies going...it makes us regular. In other words, we don't get backed up. I had a baby two weeks ago and that's usually accompanied by some constipation. Not with these! In fact, my husband brought these to me in the hospital to make sure I had all systems activated. It works!! Better than probiotics--or just as good. 2. My energy has been awesome on it. Even during the last 2 weeks of pregnancy and first 2 weeks with a newborn, I've felt full of energy and haven't needed my regular afternoon nap. It's seriously awesome and I feel ten years younger. The serving size is 3 pills. I take 2 every day because they're expensive. Maybe that's lame considering all the benefits they have, but two seems to be a good number for me.
