Its a good product, the flavour is good and its a perfect mix of salts... Its very easy to use One thing I don't like is the presence MCT oil in this... I would love to have a non flavoured Zero MCT oil option...I would buy that every time for my workout needs!

Wellcore Electrolytes have become an essential part of my daily workout routine. They keep me well hydrated even during intense training sessions. I feel less fatigue and no cramps post workout, which really helps consistency. The taste is clean and pleasant, not artificial or overpowering. It supports overall energy levels and improves workout focus. I’ve noticed better recovery and general well-being since using it. It mixes well without clumps . Highly recommended for gym-goers and anyone leading an active lifestyle.

Have been taking this for a few days now. I take it because despite drinking a lot of water, I am always dehydrated. I don't want to take the regular electrolyte powders that have sugar. So I wish this came with a scoop because they measure one serving as 5 g or one scoop. Another thing to note is that even if I have 3-4 g (I use a weighing scale) with a meal, it gives me acidity, because I'm prone to it. Will try to have smaller amounts at a time next time.
