Wasn't what I thought it would be.

Small, lightweight, and strong. Does not fill up my pocket. Very convenient.

I loved the idea of having a small, minimalist keychain made out of super strong titanium. And I really like the looks and ultra light weight of this one. But never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed that I would find all four parts disassembled when I opened the package. So I was compelled to write this review as a FAIR WARNING: it will be VERY DIFFICULT to assemble these titanium parts. In fact, I broke my right thumbnail in two places trying to assemble it—and I have short fingernails! Now I’m in my 60’s and not as strong as some twenty-something young buck. But why in the world would they ship a simple Titanium keychain unassembled?! Were they too lazy or too weak to do it themselves? Why leave such a maddening, difficult task to the consumer? For what we paid for this little thing, it SHOULD HAVE COME ASSEMBLED. Simple as that. There: my first ever rant. Thanks for reading.

Took a minute to figure out how to open it. But I like that it is a two step movement. It means it will remain intact no matter what. To open: RETRACT sliding sleeve then TWIST either direction while pulling apart.

Yes, I am a feminine female, who has a “blacked out” obsession. 🖤 There isn’t much for detachable keychains that are blacked out so I ordered this. I was really excited about getting it despite the hefty price. I’m really sad that it’s just not gonna work for me. Not only does my nails interfere with my ability to really grasp this, but this is actually a lot smaller than I would’ve thought. (the main part in the middle) I’ve had a detachable key ring before, but it was a tad bigger and it had a certain “bell” shape that allowed me to just use one hand to actually detach my keychain from it. Which is very much needed when I am running errands, and I have something in my left hand, and I need to quickly detach my keychain with my right hand from my purse.. I’m really not liking the feeling of how I have to detach it. It feels like I have to twist it in order to unlock before detaching it. Which now requires me to use both hands along with the fact that it’s really small and interferes with longer nails. Also, a little disappointed that the rings that come with are not the same matte black as the center part. They have a shine to them, and they actually look more like gunmetal gray. Other than that the quality feels solid and the packaging is really nice that they put it in a thick plastic casing and I would’ve use the casing for something else like store, my wired iPhone headphones that I always keep as a back up in case my AirPods just die on me.
