Matched the description and intended to be used to fix the chassis of a lawnmower. Arrived packaged in cardboard but lacking oiled clingfilm I normally see on such steel products, and there was some rust present as shown in the picture. To me this isn't an issue as I have the tools to remove it, and the surface will not be on show, so 4 out of 5 stars.
