First of all, before I go into all the frustration I have experienced with this product, I need to state that the seller communication was prompt and consistent.Also, let me say, that I am not a newcomer to IPTV. I have another account which unfortunately only has one connection. So, when I saw that I could purchase a plan with 3 connections, I was excited to be able to get perhaps different content (my current one is from the UK and the international channels are limited) from other countries. With my current plan, I was able to obtain the IPTV links immediately via Whats App, so I was quite confused when this plan had me wait to receive a shipment. It took 2 weeks and the "shipment" was a photocopied piece of paper with IPTV app suggestions and requested that I get my actual individual information via "Amazon email." To my knowledge, Amazon does not provide an email service. However, if you contact the seller, (which I didn't think to do until I received my "shipment"), they do respond within 24 hours.I must have downloaded at least a dozen IPTV apps on my Samsung TV and each of the apps noted in my "shipment." I tried the sent codes. Only one, actually loaded something and they said the playlist was empty. Most of them couldn't load any of the information. I tried all of the suggested link, part of the link, every combination I could conceive. Nothing worked. After trying these apps at least 10 hours one day and 2 hours the next day, I ran out of patience.The seller offered to enter the information remotely if I sent them the MAC codes for my TV. There is no way I am sending a stranger the MAC code for my smart TV which then gives them an entrance to my internet connection. There is a suspicious part of me that questioned whether this whole thing was a way to gain access to individual home internet systems. I have no proof of such a conspiracy, but it entered my mind.When I requested a refund from Amazon, I had to return my "shipment," THE PHOTOCOPIED PIECE OF PAPER WITH NO INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION ON IT AT ALL. I thought that stupidity took the cake. I still had the piece of paper and put it in an envelope to be placed in my postal box and picked up by my carrier. All in all, this experience was a complete waste of time. I have to say that I am disappointed that I could not get the program to work.

It's less than adequate when it comes to pay per view events, and Monday night football was blacked out. None the less, it's far better than cable if you have a good wifi provider.

Im extremely satisfied with what I got for my money. Performance is grate. It hardly freezes . The installation is easy . looks all good to me .And it hardly takes any storage on firestick. Worth buying.

Please advise how to protect adult channels with privacy code? Thx

same thing happen to me with the mac codes i could not set up the things went back and fourth with the seller would not give me detail infor of how to do it now i reget giving my mac inform put i ending up returning it any way and the instructions did not tell you anything it was so strange maybe for ppl that already knew how to do it but for first time
