The chart is colorful, engaging, and easy for my kids to use independently. I love that it’s divided into “I feel” and “I can” sections — this helps my children not only identify how they’re feeling but also choose healthy ways to cope or respond. The emotion cards include diverse illustrations that my kids relate to, and the suggested actions are simple yet effective (like taking deep breaths or asking for help). Very good size and quality.

This product is great for very early childhood students. It definitely seems to be designed for Pre-k and kinder aged children. I do wish there were more options in the included images for older children, but those are generally easy enough to customize and make on your own. I did really like the versitility of the design. Specifically that it can be used as a hanging or as a "stand." It would work well in a calm down corner or hanging over a table for small groups.
