I would think it would but can not tell you it would. **Q: What is the maximum operating pressure? I want to use this for an engine oil priming pump.** A: When I tried to use it as a dedicated remote turbo oiling pump, the pressure instantly blew massive quantities of oil past the turbo's seals. Deadheaded my 100psi gauge was beyond maxed out. **Q: Can it be mounted vertically on a wall?** A: I think it could.
