Fitment is not an issue
Many reviewers complained of an issue with the size of the hat and how poorly it fit them. I didn't find an issue whatsoever with that. 7 1/2 fitted is my size.The ratchet works well, the hat is comfortable to wear, and it definitely offers ventilation that you can feel over a solid helmet.Good buy. Would recommend.

Too loose
My hard hat was to loose I have to wear a bandana and tighten it to the max for it to stay on

Great lid with protective eyewear .
Good product. Only reason for 4 stars Is because the “universal” hearing protection slots on the sides of the lid are not compatible with standard full brim ear protection. The side slots are arch up vs being straight and low to the full brim. After 3 attempts to buy ear muffs that “fit full brim” I gave up. Resorted behind the neck type. So not able to have a single unit with head eye and hear protection.

do not buy
i wear a very common headsize 7 1/4 and i rachet this hat all the way down and it does not even come close to fitting . now i have to go thru the hassle of returning it and waiting for my refund . this company is low quality and they should know better than to pull this garbage . i am highly unsatisfied and i will make sure to NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
