I'm OCD to the 10th power. I watch cooking shows and it drives me crazy when they're putting their ingredients together and they don't scrape all the goodness out of the bowl. I'm the same way with my bread baking I figured if I got to put the time in to put the ingredients in and mix them together I should at least get a big majority of the ingredients out of the bowl. When I first do the initial mix of flower water etc there's an accumulation of dough residue on the sides of the bowl. After that first mix I scraped down the inside of the bowl with that new spatula and I was in heaven it's flexible but it's rigid at the same time it made scraping the inside of the bowl effortless great product keep up the good work I bought two of them by the way and I'm so glad I did. I have what they call the Noah's ark syndrome. After covid hit and there was a scarcity items at the grocery store I started buying two of everything and it paid off this time good job guys and gals great product you won't be disappointed I guarantee it by two heck buy a handful and give them to your friends and family members they'll be so happy you did they'll love it and be their best new gadget in their kitchen.

The only reason I pick five stars is there's not 10 to choose from. By far these are the best semi rigid spatulas ever developed. I'm OCD to the 10th power.
