Vitamin D3K2 Coconut Oil

I’ve been taking this D3 + K2 supplement for quite some time, and I really appreciate the small pill size—it’s super easy to swallow, which isn’t always the case with other brands. I’ve consistently taken the 10,000 IU dosage as part of my daily routine, and I feel confident that it’s supporting my overall wellness. I recently had a general health check-up, and everything looked great, which makes me feel even better about sticking with this brand. It’s high-quality, convenient, and a great value for the dosage. Definitely recommend it for those who include D3 + K2 as part of their supplement regimen.

I received the supplement 2 days after ordering. It arrived unbroken and the gel caps were not melted or stuck together. First let me describe the product: they are very small and easy to swallow. No odor and no taste. I have had to take Vitamin D for sometime as prescribed by my provider. My D blood levels were really low - less than 12ng/ml and I would be prescribed a once-a-week prescription of 50,000 IUs to take once a week for 12 weeks. My blood level would be where it needed to be - greater than 20ng/ml. But when I had to return in 3 months for repeat blood work, the level was back down below 12ng/ml. And, I would get another prescription not for a weekly dose. My insurance company no longer covers Vitamin D and I have to purchase over-the-counter. I saw the Naturebell promotion for D3 + K2 supplement and reviewed it with my provider. She said that 10,000 IUs per day is in the upper range for a dose (this is the amount one would get from direct sunlight). As I don't seem to retain/absorb it well and my sunlight exposure is limited, she was okay with the 10,000 IU dose. She will check my blood level again in 3-4 months. I have now been taking the D3 + K2 for almost 3 weeks and have had no adverse side effects. I feel good, energy level is more consistant since taking daily. I take 1 everying morning ... I try to take with a fatty food like butter on toast or cheese in an omelette as the fat helps it to be better absorbed. I do drink coffee and caffiene does interfere with the absorption somewhat. I also have some gut issues that interfere with absorption. The 10,000 IUs should be just right. So far, I am very pleased. As to the K2 helping with the absorpiton of calcium to the bones -- I'll have to wait and see. I had a bone scan done about 2 months ago and will repeat in about a year. I'm 74 years old and am looking forward to this supplement helping with some "old age" issues. I have used Naturebell products in the past (I am still using their Magnesium) and have been very satisfied. I have confidence in their products.
