Can you wear the same shirt on consecutive days?

You’ll probably get 2/3 days max without washing. Wear deodorant and turn inside out to let the pits dry over night.

Does it help against back sweat?

Not sure, as I don’t sweat too much from the back. But if I had to guess I’d say no. The anti sweat pads are on the underarms, rather than the back. The back is just standard cotton, so will probably sweat through.

Do you have a Size chart ?

I wear XXL normally that’s the size I chose and they fitted perfect
