I love this electrolytes! I have Hashimotos and tend to lose electrolytes easily, especially if I workout. This has the perfect amount of sodium that keeps me from having issues during my workout. Also, if you are a morning coffee drinker like myself, add electrolytes to my water keeps me hydrated and feel much better. It has the perfect amount of sweetness without the sugar. I’ve always been a fan of Liquid IV, however I just felt like it wasn’t giving me the energy and hydration I was hoping for. After using Waterboy for about 2 weeks now, I really notice a difference. I feel a lot more hydrated, more energetic, and I also notice it in my skin. I like the flavors. My only issue with this product is that by itself it’s VERY salty. I always mix mine with other fruity supplements like collagen and EmergenC packets to balance out the saltiness and it tastes great.

This is some better then Liquid IV. Tastes less sugar and has the flavor taste. Keeps me going everyday less tired and stress. Helps energized you so your not exhausted.

Not going to lie I was VERY scared to try this, obviously if you watched my video haha! The reviews were either people hating it or loving it. In the past I have ordered Liquid IV and used that for my summer trips, vacation. I always try to bring something with electrolytes for hang overs and being in the sun for long hours. I have always liked liquid IV but to be honest is isn't the best option as far as ingredients go, as it has more sugar. Waterboy grabbed my attention because it had ZERO SUGAR, and 3x the electrolytes, as well as vitamins/supplements for anxiety. And I'll be honest, I ALWAYS get HANGXIETY after drinking! In the video you will see my real time reaction to my first sip of waterboy. I thought it was good! I was a bit hesitant to take that first sip because the reviews said it was super salty, but in comparison to other drinks like it I found it to be the same. The flavor itself was good but I didn't give it 5 stars because I do think it could be a bit more flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was good but it could have had more of the flavoring in it, I think that would distract people from the salty side. overall the product kept me hydrated but definitely follow instructions!

Normally I'm a Liquid IV user, tangerine flavor. I get a lot for my money through Costco, and it tastes great. Overall, haven't had issues with it when trying to prevent a hangover, or to simply re-hydrate. But it did have a lot of sugar, and its stats don't match up to Waterboy overall. So i figured I'd try something new on a trip to Mexico this week, and bought Waterboy. First thing I noticed is that the packets are way smaller than Liquid IV. Nothing good or bad about that, just surprising. I got the variety pack with Blue Raspberry, Grape, and Strawberry Lemonade. Some pros and cons: Pros: I think it did the job preventing hangovers. I usually had a drink before going out, and one after, and one in the morning. Maybe it was the amount of water I drank, maybe it was the waterboy, but i didn't feel hungover necessarily. So, in that sense, it worked. Cons (there are several): 1 ) It doesn't dissolve as well as Liquid IV. Normally with liquid IV, I'd just pour the contents in first or on top of the ice, and pour water in and it would dissolve quickly after a quick shake/stire. Waterboy often had chunks of powder balled up at the top, and getting it dissolved wasn't as easy. Sometimes I would settle to the bottom of the cup as well. 2) The tastes of all the flavors was very artificial and a bit overly sweet (surprised as it has no sugar). I wouldn't drink Waterboy unless it was to prevent a hangover. I treated it almost a like a medicine rather than a drink to enjoy. and 3) Its pricey, but i knew that going in. I wouldn't buy it again as the taste vs. value wasn't there. I'd rather drink something that tastes a little better, dissolves easily and is likely something I'd actually enjoy rather than treat it as a chore to prevent more pain later.

Excellent for electrolyte replacement when dieting. Helps keep me hydrated and energized. The taste is great. Mixes easily with water. Easy to take with you just slip in pocket or backpack ready when you need it.
