A coffee steeped in cold water. We make it by hand using a technique called 'cold brew' This process consists of steeping ground coffee beans in cold water for a period of time up to 24 hours. It is that simple. After this time, it is filtered twice making a concentrated coffee that retains all its flavour, its natural sweetness and original aroma.
