Lots of spacious pockets. Sturdy zips. Handle is strong. It is MASSIVE, I have knocked people and objects whilst wearing it. But it holds my massive 17 inch laptop. So I'm very happy, for what it is at this price.

Finding a trolley style laptop bag that can hold my 17 inch laptop has proved rather difficult so I was just happy this bag delivered on that front. It was a little greedy of me to expect much more at this price. I'm not crazy about the fabric and the bag keeps falling over. There's no provision to keep the straps out of the way when in trolley mode so it looks clumsy even though I try to tuck them into the side pockets.

Great for luggage that i can either put on my back as a run sac or pull along on its wheels. Bit bigger than i wanted and ideally should have a waist belt, but all in all very good.

Very spacious, and very good quality material on the bag. The wheels could be a bit better - they wear quite quickly and are rather noisy. I was able to replace them though (by cutting the the old ones off with a small saw).

Love the concept of this bag, however even with a large (Heavy) laptop in the back, and weight in the front causes the bag to fall over, it just isnt very well designed to maintain a strong bottom section that remains strong enough to maintain the feet (if you understand)Great if you properly load the bag with heavy stuff at the bottom, but not great if the weight is a bit more distributed.Also the straps do need to be coiled up or tucked away as when wheeling the excess strap leads drag on the floor.Could be a great product, but flawed, even at this price.
