It is now 2023 - do you have this available yet Anker? What are my alternatives? **Q: Has there been any improvement to the hinge on this product? There are numerous reviews clearly showing issues with hinge.** A: They have not fixed this issue (which is highly disappointing because otherwise it's a great product). I originally purchased this item on 28Dec2021. The hinge mount on the stem broke in half where the screws are about 6 months later. I called and got a warranty replacement. Another 6 months later and it's broken again. It's now 23Jan2023 and I just got off the phone with customer support for my 2nd warranty claim. I fully expect the new one to break as well. I have an iPhone 13 Mini (so not a heavy phone). The device sits on the headboard of my bed and never moves and is never handled roughly (as I already know it's weak). I appreciate the replacements and Anker's customer service is friendly, but for a $128.39 purchase (insanely priced for a phone charger) this product should last much longer. Not to mention the hassle of having to pack up the old device items and ship them back so I can receive my replacement. And, once the warranty is up, then what? I'm probably out $128.39 for a product that should last many years with reasonable usage.
