I have tried to use this a few times now, and for me it does not feel big enough for me to get the full motion I would need to adjust my neck. I do not think I have a crazy sized neck, but I am 6' tall. Maybe if I had a ledge I could put it on so I could go back just a tiny bit further...

This does stretch the neck a moderate amount, but after the first couple of weeks, I no longer feel much effect or relief from it. If you have muscle tension, this might be a great short term relief option. I will continue using it weekly because it doesn’t do any harm and I am hopeful I will start feeling a difference soon like I did in the beginning.

I have a bit of a "head forward" position after literally decades of sitting in front of a computer, and poor posture. I don't know if this item isn't the right size, right shape, I'm just not sure. When I try to lay on it... I feel like it is too big, and I cannot get it in the right position. The pics show the person with their head touching the floor. There is NO WAY my head even gets close to the floor! My necks starts hurting pretty quickly after about 30 seconds. I feel like bad things will happen if I try to use this for any extended period of time... so into the trash it goes. Maybe it will work for someone else, but definitely not for me.

This next traction/stretcher pillow is really nice. I have a short neck, so I find the size of this to be great for stretching my neck. And it feels really nice. The bumps take a few to get used to, but once you relax and let it work its magic it's amazing. I have to set a timer for the 10 minutes because I want to just stay on it too long otherwise. And the cover is nice and soft, which is nice. Plus it's removable making it super easy to keep things clean. Overall I am very pleased with this and look forward to using it every day.

Its a great little fabric covered (or not) neck stretcher. And it has a bag. The bag is not that exciting but the neck stretcher is great. It feel durbale and you can get a good stretch in with one.
