Work OK as intended for work boots / shoes but note these are much thicker than other orthopedic insoles I have used in the past and hence will make footwear too tight. Must adhere to advice on packaging which states they are for use with footwear that has a removable insole. You could also buy the next shoe / boot size up but that won't help if you are fitting into existing shoes / boots. Thinner socks may help depending on your footwear.Update after using for several months - these still hold their shape and haven't compressed as they are made from rubber instead of foam. Found they work best in new boots rather than ones that already have some wear on the outsole or insole. Definitely would recommend. Makes steel toe boots as comfortable as trainers.

I've used the Sport version in my work boots for about 9 months and they took a period of time to get used to, while they manipulated my foot structure. Then they became a best ever purchase. From hobbling out of work previously, I could walk normally.It became time to replace them so I went with these, cheaper 'Work' version.They're still excellent, but not as sturdy as the 'Sport' version.It seems that they should be name-swapped, because the profile of the 'Work' ones suit trainers better.I think I will buy another pair of 'Sport's for my job, and put the 'Work' ones in my trainers.Trust me. You miss having these when you wear footwear that don't have them in.

Great orthotic soles especially for working in toetectors. This is the second pair I have bought, for an additional pair of shoes, but they seem to last indefinitely.Even my chiropodist/ podiatrist commented on how good they were & she sells a different brand - I think she might be switching.

I don’t normally write reviews, however, I do read them!I suffer from Plantar fasciitis and despite numerous exercise routines the pain was not going away. I searched on YouTube and came across these.I’m on my feet all day (teacher). These arrived yesterday and within an hour of wearing them the pain had gone!I can honestly say these are absolutely brilliant. I will order some for my running shoes now.

I bought them because I spent all day on my feet.They work really well. Great support and after long day of standing up on your feet I don’t feel any pain.

Tried a number of non supporting gel insoles in work boots - would still get pain. The arch support on these along with the heel and ball of the feet cushioning is excellent. I'm a heavy guy (125KG) and these a brilliant. Will update on how they hold up.

My husband had foot pain in the arch I had the same problem and it was fixed with these in soles so I decided to invest in a pair for him. Wasn't very optimistic at first but couldn't believe he had no pain after 3 days. Hasn't complained since thankyou

Use these in my workboots, as I walk nearly 10 miles everyday as a caretaker. Very comfortable and stops my feet from over pronation. Expensive but cheaper then a visit to the podiatrist for custom made insoles.
