Terrible product I used this on the smallest gas ring on low setting yet the handle still burnt and fell off when I took it off could not understand how as gas was no where near the wood handle I had bought another more expensive type and this was ok on a higher setting I guess you get what you pay for

Very happy with my purchase. Strong sturdy and nothing burns anymore. It has also prevented the frying pan from toppling off the gas fire as it provides a bigger surface to cook on. Be careful not to allow the biggest gas flame to be on high as the handle will burn.

I bought these because my 19cm diffusers are not really big enough for larger pans. These are listed as 21cm but the part that the pan sits on with these is only 18cm, so they are effectively for smaller pans than my existing ones. They are cheap and light but do work for small pans, but if you want to spread heat evenly on a larger pan these are not the ones.

These are brilliant for use under pans when simmering sauces etc. they spread the heat evenly, so, although you still need to stir your cooking it reduces the risk of it caking to the bottom.

When my old diffusers wore out I was pleased to be able to replace them with the exact same type. They help to spread the heat and stop small pans from tilting. A very good purchase.

I have had these before long time ago and was surprised that they still do them.I find them very useful not to burn the food, they defuse the heay

Great product ideal for keeping the temperature down for a long slow simmer

Handles have fallen off, I would send back but the cost of postage makes this not worth the bother.
