Worst brand- Faber
Life-Threatening Experience – Extremely Disappointed with Faber!I bought a Faber glass hob online, trusting the brand name, but within less than 3 months, the glass suddenly shattered while I was cooking. Thankfully, I was a little away near the sink at that moment – the glass broke into tiny, sharp pieces, and I honestly feel fortunate that my life was saved. This was a very dangerous incident, especially with small children at home.What’s even more frustrating is the poor after-sales service. It’s been 10 days, and my complaint is just being passed from one person to another – no proper solution, no accountability. Now they are saying they will only replace the glass, but I am not willing to settle for that. The product clearly had a major flaw, and I suspect I was given old or defective stock.Because of this, I’ve been buying food from outside for 10 days, and it has been a huge inconvenience for my family. I expected better from a reputed brand like Faber.I strongly advise against buying any Faber products online, especially chimneys and hobs. This experience has been both traumatic and disappointing.

Great Hob, But Missing Essential Battery
This is a good product with a premium look and smooth performance. Installation was quick and the technician was knowledgeable. But surprisingly, the required D-type torch battery for auto-ignition is not included. For a hob costing ₹18,000, not providing a ₹50 battery is disappointing. Faber should improve on this.
