Coffee is fresh, not bitter, delicious cup. Amazon ships it in a paper bag, mine arrived ripped open and ruined. Amazon refused to make this right, no replacement or refund, even though it was Amazon's fault. I let Cameron's know they have an issue with Amazon being cheap as possible with shipping and then charging their customers for unusable beans. Today I received a fresh bag of coffee, shipped properly in a box, from Cameron's. Great company, great coffee, get it fresh from Cameron's website and you won't be sorry.
