Clearer than factory camera
Bought this to help when towing a U-Haul with an older Tahoe. Super easy to install (I used cigarette lighter). Picture is very clear (better than my factory one is Malibu). One of my best purchases

excellent
Bright warning lines that help in backing in between 2 cars and missing them. blue line is 7.5 feet from a wall. yellow is 2.5 feet. I DONT get to the red. very clear, slighter larger monitor. Field of view is noticeably wider than another camera i tried. thus, if I back out very slowly, i can pick up people walking from the sides. i mounted mine inside, top of my jeep and display is still bright, but you must clean that area of the window. As of this writing havent used the night lights as they seem to cast a tiny glare on the inside lower, window and my tail lights should be sufficient. outside mounting shouldnt be a this way. camera is on a swivel so its easily adjusted; my first one i tried wasnt. with a minor adjustment on my trailer hitch, i can use it to hook up my camper. Not all back up cameras are the same. this one is a good one. And it cant be that much lesser quality than those selling for $400 to $500. just not a lot of other frills like widening the lines etc. Colored lines on this one are just the right distance for me. lines have perpendicular lines at the edges to help you make sure of how close to the cars you are when backing in between them. just GO SLOWly and use your view WITHOUT the camera to check yourself. dont know about customer service as havent needed it. But Amazon reps most always help.

Pretty good for the price
Overall pretty happy with it, but the camera lense was installed upside down. I had to flip the camera upside-down with the parking lines on top to get a full view of the ground and car bumpers behind me. Cars and objects look much further away than they actually are. Still helpful and better than not having a backup camera

It Works
Installation can be challenging due to size of connectors, require larger hole than you would think. That said install was very straight forward, just route wires, plug together, and it works. No syncing wireless camera to monitor.

Okay
Good:1. It is adequate for backing up as the picture is clear and there are guide lines shown. Also there are 4 lights on the camera to illuminate while camera is on.2. The wiring to connect the camera to the display is long. Long enough that I can run the wires inside my extended econoline van from the dash board to the back doors (running under carpet).Bad:1. The 4 lights on the camera are on when the camera is on and cannot be turned off while the camera is operating. The camera can be wired to be always on, or automatically on when backing up, or on when the button on power adapter the display is hooked up to is toggled on. In each case the lights stay on. I've also noticed that the wiring to the camera gets noticeably warm, so I would not turn the camera on other than for backing up, so perhaps lights on whenever camera is on is a moot point, but I'd prefer to have a choice so I could monitor trailer as well without lights on.2. The guide lines are always on. There does not seem to be an option to turn them off. Again not a concern if only using the camera to back up.3. Getting the wiring to where it needs to go from inside the vehicle to outside on the rear can be tricky and of course more or less so depending upon the automobile.

No video adjustment
Can't rotate, mirror video. Also, can't remove parking line. I would not buy this again.

Works well for tractors
When attaching a bush hog or other implement to a tractor, it helps if you can see how well lined up you are. This helps. It would be nice if you could narrow the angle of the camera, but that's the nature of backup cameras. Here's a tip. Put velcro on the back of the monitor and in a convenient place on your tractor for viewing. Use a magnet to hold the camera in place. That way, you can remove the system when not in use.
