This is genuinely awesome product that takes away the botheration of carrying keys, mishandling and easy access to door breakers. Provides the ease of operation through finger print, bluetooth,otp pin, RFID and manual key too. Looks rich and decent on door. Service support team has a good video facility and very co operative.

Nice and strong lock. Works well with Lavna app and smart life app alsoInstallation was professional and fast. Just check for your door thickness 1st. Fingerprint recognition works s well and nice value for the money at this price point.

Excellent product. Very study and elegant looking. Make sure your door is 35mm thick. Else you will need to add extra plywood for support which Lavna installation support team doest agree to. They will send installation technician only once extra plywood has been attached to the door.Pros:1. One Face id supported which is not supported by Native smartlock2. Price much lower compared to Native smartlock. True value for money!3. Display screen in the back which activates the camera and let's you see who is at the door. This is again missing in native.Cons:Only 1 year warrantyMinimum 35mm thick door required. Native supports 30mm thick door.Pros trumped over the cons in my case.

The product is good. Service is nice. I like the way it is planned as they will ask u about the details before sending the person like dimensions and all. Easy to use. Looks nice. Just be cautious with the installation guy named Santosh Kumar. He will befooled you about the specifications of the lock to earn extra money. Rest it’s worth buying.
