Keeps me in a good mood

I definitely notice a difference when I take the ttfd-b1 vs when I don't. It keeps me going if you know what I mean, and it helps me focus.

I had researched the benefits of this particular form of B1 or Thiamine!! It can be extremely beneficial to the body in this form in particular! I am very happy with this product and will continue to purchase it in the future!!

Dosen't work

Maybe I haven't been taking it long enough, but I haven't seen any difference in my motivational energy from this. Supposedly it increases dopamine production, but I haven't seen any evidence of this in my life. I will keep taking it and will update this review if things change.
