First operation caused a loud pop followed by burning smell
Package came like brand new and I was impressed with how compact the whole equipment seemed. I opened up the package and looked up some you tube videos and tested the equipment for its first use. Initially it worked like magic and we were happy on making a good purchase and left the machine to do the cleaning. After about 2 minutes there was a burning smell and as soon as we arrived there was a loud pop and the whole machine came to a standstill. Truly disappointed as I had heard good reviews and expected much more!!
