Works perfectly. Easy to put on the pole.

The problem with the shower-head holder, provided by the shower manufacturer, was that it slowly descended the shower rail – much to the annoyance of my wife. I use the “drencher” head. So when the adjustable shower-head holder broke, (a flimsy plastic part of the internal molding snapped), I ignored the £20+ replacements from the manufacturer and opted for this - at a modest £6.79.It has turned out to be a remarkably good buy. It is reasonably well made, fitted the 20mm rail and certainly does not slowly slide down. It isn’t perfect, as the shower head itself is a bit of a snug fit into its holder – but crucially it does fit. Also, the shower rail’s proximity to the bathroom wall, means that tightening and loosening the grip can be a little tricky.Nevertheless, the person who uses it, (my wife), is happy. She can now shower, without having the shower-head at belly-button level, after a few minutes.

This is a good product. Fitting is easy if you watch the video instructions and don't just steam in! I tried to fit it without using the instructions because it looked simple but the shower head wouldn't fit. I tried to scan the link on the packet but it wouldn't work so I went back to the Amazon website and got the instruction video there. The key thing I'd missed is that the aperture that holds the shower head is larger on one side, so reversing it made the shower head fit snugly. Very pleased with the product. Not at all expensive and it does the job well.

It’s plastic and about what I’d expect for the price, I needed a replacement as the previous one that came with the shower had broken, this was a quick and easy replacement although it remains to be seen how long it will last, was certainly easier and cheaper than buying a new pole with the holder and means I won’t have to drill more holes in the tiles if I couldn’t get the same one. It tightens enough to grip the pole and holds fairly well but can be slid up and down with a little effort, will see how it goes but it looks fine and it’s cheap enough to buy it again if it only lasts a year or so

I would advise people to try and measure everything on the original equipment first.Although this fits many, the main unit could do with being a few more millimetres in diameter, being over zealous on the tightening, might not last long.Where the hose and shower head fit, could do with being bigger, I have to force the hose into the slot and the shower head JUST and I mean JUST fits into the unit. That is why I am suggesting that the main unit being of a greater diameter in the first place.Would I buy again, not to sure, if I am to be honest, possibly would try another make first.Could I recommend this, not really, as I said try another manufacturer first!

Terrible quality, when you put the shower head in the holder, the shower head falls as the head holder is not strong enough. Dont waste your money!
