No problems
Received quickly and no problems with items. Box did have a tear in it but I’m sure that came from shippers. I would recommend the company.

Sways even with little wind, had to take a 5ft section out just to help. Not 12g when you get it said 13ga

Horrible instructions
My first flagpole ever says easy install go to find out not true. Doesn’t really explain how to hook up the flag the fasteners they give are too small for the think rope. Horrible product.

For this price I was incredibly impressed with the build quality. Very sturdy even in high winds. Everything fits snug and literarily comes with everything you will need. No need to run out to the store for extra parts to get your flag flying high. I will be getting another one of these soon for family members. I recommend this as a GREAT option to solid poles in concrete.

Unlike others, the top ball arrived unscathed, and the pole was perfect. Love it!
