As stated on the description - this item is for 1 adult and 1 child. Brought for me and my son. Found using the voucher and booking online very easy. We were able to choose a date and time slot. Confirmation of booking was very quick. Great tour , great tour guide, who was able to answer all Chelsea questions. Access to most areas and walking the tunnel was a highlight. This booking also gives you access to the Chelsea museum, which is worth a visit. All in all a very good experience.

I brought 2 of these for Christmas last year for my sons. It gave us 12 months to use it by so expired December 2018. We brought this as a gift for someone for his birthday and it arrived yesterday and I was disappointed that it’s got to be used by within 4 months and it was only the same price to what I paid last year. I wanted to return as it doesn’t give him long enough to arrange to go, but the boy was so excited about his present.

Does not state anywhere on the product description that the tours are for 1 adult and 1 child which is very misleading. I have sent it back for a refund.

I almost sent for this as a Xmas gift for a special needs lady and her carer but then I read 1 adult and 1 child.....irs misleading and disappointing....I will not be sending for it because of that reason!

I would have liked to have bought this for my husband and older son who has learning difficulties. But the age limit prohibits this. I would have bought two adult visits if it had been possible. Maybe rethink what an offer is so as not to exclude people groups.
