Eekay Wares Capri-Glasstop Humidor

So happy with this humidor. It keeps my cigars moisturized perfectly with a bóveda pack’s help. I love the fact that I don’t need to open the box to check temperature & moisture of my pricey cigars cause it’s clear crystal window on top of it. I just simply love it and recommend to buy. Very high quality for the value.

This is a beautiful humidor and it's constructed really well. It has a snug closure, which is ideal for controlling humidity. I think the wood is super nice and I love the color of it. The hygrometer on the front is a nice touch and it works properly. Also, the glass top is convenient for seeing inside without having to open the humidor. I like having the divider inside as well.

Excellent construction and seals very well. Had this for a week, taking two days to season the humidor. Put my sticks in the third day, and with the included humidifier it's seems to hold between 66 and 72%. I have about 44 cigars in the box now, with room for a few more. A roomy, solidly built humidor at an excellent price.

Appears to be a quality humidor. I followed the instructions that came with the unit. No problems. Humidistat works and the box maintains 75-80% humidity for several days after priming and prepping. Seems well built like it will last.

I was a little wary about getting this because of a highly-voted negative review. But I saw other reviews stating the setup process and it sounded like this negative reviewer hadn't done that. Glad I saw those. The instructions are a little wordy, but here is the gist: 1) wipe down the inside of the box with a damp cloth or paper towels until all wood visibly darkens in shade a bit 2a) hold the little black humidifier that comes with the box upside down in a bowl of *distilled* water for 3 minutes 2b) put the humidifier in the box and leave it for 24 hours 3) repeat step 2 4) leave the humidifier in the corner of the box and add cigars as desired As I walked through these steps, the hygrometer on the front steadily moved from 60% to 70% and finally settled on about 73% humidity. It's stayed there ever since. Great product.

I've had this for over a month and it seems to be working great. I followed every step of the instructions with regard to the initial wipe down and setup. The only thing I've done different is discard the small humidifier disk that came with it. I use Boveda 72% moisture packs. The humidor is presently holding at 68% which impressed me when I discovered the Boveda moisture back was bone dry when I took the photos for this review. With a dry moisture pack, the humidor maintained 68% in a room that is 70 degrees and 46% humidity. That leads me to believe this humidor is doing a great job at protector my cigars from the outer atmosphere.

We had a very similar humidor to this but it was very difficult to keep the temperature consistent. I wasn't hoping much when I bought this, it had excellent reviews and the price was decent. It was nicely packed, with foam on all sides in a solid box. It had easy to read and follow instructions on how to season the humidor before use. So far, so good. It has kept consistent temperature and I can't complain! I highly recommend!
